Rights Sites Newsletter
Four times a year, the Education Program writes and produces a newsletter for and about our partner educators in the Twin Cities metro area. The "Rights Sites" Newsletters highlight a different human rights issue in each edition and are full of lesson plans, resources, and suggestions for teachers who want to incorporate human rights education in their classrooms.
Human Rights Education Training
This training for educators provides tools and techniques on how to integrate HRE methods into the classroom. Presenters will demonstrate lessons, discuss best practices, and provide resources to enable educators to integrate human rights concepts, issues, and principles into their existing coursework.
Speakers Bureau Presentations
The staff and volunteers of The Advocates for Human Rights offer lectures and CLE presentations for groups on several topics in human rights education. Speakers bureau presentations are held on request.
