| Most Americans know that there are human rights abuses occurring around the world, but many do not realize that human rights are being violated in the U.S. as well. That is why, in addition to advocating for human rights internationally, The Advocates for Human Rights has created Discover Human Rights toolkits to help Americans advocate for positive social change.

Next “get involved” using our take action guides and resource lists to advocate for human rights in your community. Finally, “get others interested” using our lesson plans and PowerPoint presentations to educate your school or community group about human rights or launch your own local human rights campaign.
